Growth
  • 3 months with heavy users such as rental locations to fully test the strength
  • Restrict first year sales to make sure to maintain quality and only sell in the US market
  • Expand capacity and reduce unit costs
  • Gradually expand to the rest of the world. Initial targets will be Southern Hemisphere and tropical countries offsetting seasonality of US market
Expand in 2nd & 3rd year of sales
Liquidity for investors
  • Many exit / restructuring options will be available including sale of the company or possibly an IPO
  • Dividends may start exceeding the original investment
